Innovative Female Project Contest
( Rules and Terms and Conditions Overview)
The Innovative Female Project Contest aims to recognize and support female entrepreneurs and innovators by providing a platform to showcase their groundbreaking projects. This contest encourages women from various industries to submit their projects, offering them the opportunity to win prizes, receive mentorship, and gain exposure.
Eligibility -
1. Gender: The contest is open to female individuals.
2. Age: Participants must be 18 years or older.
3. Residency: Open to participants globally.
4. Project Criteria: Projects must be innovative and can be from any industry, including but not limited to technology, healthcare, education, and sustainability.
5. Team Submissions: Teams are allowed but must be led by a female. Teams must consist in at least 50% of female members.
6. Previous Submissions: Projects previously submitted to other contests can be entered, provided they have not won a major prize elsewhere.
Submission Guidelines -
1. Application Form: Complete the official contest application form available on the contest website. ( I need to create this one)
2. Project Description: Provide a detailed description of the project, including objectives, innovative aspects, target audience, and impact.
3. Business Plan: Include a comprehensive business plan, highlighting market analysis, financial projections, and implementation strategy.
4. Video Presentation: Submit a video presentation (1-3 minutes) explaining the project.
5. Supporting Documents: Any additional documents that support the project’s feasibility and innovation.
6. Deadline: All submissions must be received by [September 20th, 2024].
Judging Criteria -
1. Innovation: The originality and uniqueness of the project.
2. Impact: The potential impact on the target audience and broader society.
3. Feasibility: Practicality and sustainability of the project.
4. Presentation: Clarity and professionalism of the project presentation.
5. Scalability: Potential for the project to grow and adapt to larger markets.
Prizes -
1. Grand Prize: AED 10,000 cash prize, mentorship from industry leaders, and media exposure.
2. Second Prize: AED 5,000 cash prize and mentorship from industry leaders.
3. Third Prize AED2,500 cash prize and mentorship from industry leaders.
4. Honourable Mentions: Recognition and certificates for outstanding projects.
Terms and Conditions -
1. Intellectual Property: Participants retain ownership of their projects. However, by entering the contest, participants grant the organizers the right to use the project descriptions and presentations for promotional purposes.
2. Confidentiality: The organizers will take reasonable measures to ensure the confidentiality of submissions.
3. Disqualification: Projects that contain plagiarized content or violate any intellectual property laws will be disqualified.
4. Final Decision: The decision of the judges is final and binding.
5. Publicity: Winners agree to participate in publicity activities as reasonably requested by the organizers.
6. Liability: The organizers are not responsible for any technical issues or other problems that may interfere with the submission process.
7. Amendments: The organizers reserve the right to amend these rules and terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.

1. Contest Launch: 01.06.2024
2. Submission Deadline: 20.09.2024
3. Judging Period: 21.09.24 – 15.10.2024
4. Winner Announcement: 19.10.2024
